Ouzoud Waterfalls Tour

Ouzoud Waterfalls: Located 160 km from Marrakech, Ouzoud is one of the most beautiful sites in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Magnificent waterfalls, often crowned by a nearly permanent rainbow, plunge from a height of 110 meters into a basin of limestone rocks surrounded by lush vegetation. It is possible to swim at the foot of the falls, which are accessible via a shaded path lined with olive trees. At the top of the waterfalls, just a few steps from the impressive gorge, stand a dozen ancient grain mills that are still operating thanks to the water of the stream. At dusk, visitors can observe families of monkeys playing in the carob trees, whose tasty fruits they particularly enjoy. Around one hundred Barbary macaques, with beige fur and distinctive black-lined eyes, have made their home in the caves along the cliffs.
